Have you ever wondered what really happens during a week at Iowa RYLA? We invite you to join us on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, for Rotarian Visit Day at Grinnell College and experience the energy, leadership development, and life-changing impact of Iowa RYLA firsthand. This year's Visit Day coincides with our popular Shark Tank Experience, where nearly 200 high school students work in teams to develop a service project they can take back to their communities. Throughout the day, conferees participate in a series of Rotary-themed challenges, learn about Rotary's history and values, and build a project proposal before presenting it to a panel of judges. As a visiting Rotarian, you will have the opportunity to: • Shadow a Team Lead and experience RYLA from the inside • Observe student leadership development in action • Participate in portions of the Shark Tank Experience • Serve as a subject matter expert for student project presentations • Learn more about how RYLA impacts young leaders across Iowa • Meet the Iowa RYLA leadership team and ask questions about the program To make participation convenient, we are offering two check-in options: Option 1: Check-in at 8:00 a.m. Option 2: Check-in at 9:30 a.m. The day's activities conclude at approximately 4:00 p.m. Lunch is available in the Grinnell College Dining Hall for $14 per person, or guests are welcome to dine off campus.
