About the rotary club of des moines am
The Rotary Club of Des Moines AM or DMAM was founded in 1991 and is the largest Rotary Club in Iowa. We are part of Rotary International, a nonprofit global service organization, one of the largest in the world. We are friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who envision a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
Our mission is to serve others while promoting high ethical standards, goodwill, peace, and understanding by engaging with business and professional leaders. While our primary focus is “service above self,” DMAM also likes to have a lot of fun! We meet weekly and our Friday morning meetings are always full of energy, friendship, and laughter.
