About Rotary of DMAM
The Rotary Club of Des Moines AM or DMAM was founded in 1991 and is the largest Rotary Club in Iowa. We are part of Rotary International, a not-for-profit worldwide humanitarian service organization. Our mission is to serve others while promoting high ethical standards, goodwill, peace and understanding by engaging with business and professional leaders. While our primary focus is service above self, DMAM also likes to have a lot of fun! Our Friday morning meetings are always full of energy, friendship and laughter.

DMAM Culture
The culture of our Club isn’t defined by titles or efficiently run meetings –it’s defined by showing up for our community, leading with integrity, rolling up our sleeves when there is work to be done, and occasionally laughing at ourselves along the way. Our motto, “Service Above Self,” is about leaving people and our community better than we found them, regardless of circumstance. That is how we measure success.”
