BingoBASH 2026 is 9AM to 7PM
Doors open at 8AM. Four Bingo Sessions will be played (20 games per session).
Can children play?
Guests of all ages welcome! (No I.D. required) Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I pay for game packets?
Game packets can be purchased on site at the BingoBASH. You can purchase just one session or as many as you like. Each session is 20 games and packets contain a bingo card for each game. Cash, Credit or Debit cards are accepted.
Can I share my packet?
All guests must purchase a packet of Bingo cards. No splitting of packets. Any mistakes in your packets must be exchanged before a session commences.
Packets are non-transferable.
Must be present to win.
Daubers
Daubers must be used on all Bingo games.
Parking
There is FREE parking available near the Elwell Family Food Center. In addition, there are multiple parking lots on the fairgrounds within walking distance.
The Iowa State Fairgrounds will have several handicap parking spots available right in front of the Elwell building, as well as on the north side of the building.
Electronics
No electronic Bingo devices may be used.
Personal electronic devices (cell phones, etc.) may not be used in the bingo hall during a session. Please turn electronic device off or set it to vibrate to avoid disruption of play.
No seat saving.
Only a Bingo packet and the corresponding receipt for the current session will hold a chair. Do not mark on any tables or chairs.
Malfunctions voids all pay and plays.
Management is not responsible for Bingo equipment malfunctions.
Player’s responsibility . . .
It is the player’s responsibility to stop the game when the caller calls your winning number; please do not rely on the floor workers.
You must have “BINGO” on the last number called. No exceptions.
Once the caller closes the game, no other Bingo will be honored.
What happens if there is more than one winner per game?
Multiple winners of the same Bingo game shall divide the prize amount by the number of winners of the Bingo game.
Prizes of $1,200 or more.
State-issued identification and Social Security number are required to claim prizes of $1,200 or more for Bingo. An expired I.D. is valid for 60 days after the expiration date.
Payment of prize is valid only . . .
Payment of prize is valid only on packets/specials with the proper serial numbers sold on the day of the game.
Any altered, mutilated, or defaced Bingo cards or door prize tickets will not be honored.
What if I have a complaint?
Complaints or disputes should be directed to the DMAM Bingo Committee who shall discuss the complaint or dispute and resolve it. The DMAM Bingo Committee’s decision is FINAL.
Not permitted. . .
Drugs are strictly prohibited in the Bingo Hall.
Verbal abuse or profanity will not be tolerated.
Please keep talking to a minimum while BINGO is being called.
If necessary, you will be asked to leave; no refund will be made.
Food and Drink
Food and drink are available at the concession stand. No outside food or drink is permitted. Please dispose of food and beverage trash in the trash cans provided. Used bingo cards can be disposed of in the trash cans as well.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Photography on site
The Rotary Club of DMAM and its Foundation will be taking photos at the BingoBASH event for marketing and social media purposes.
